At Tokopost, you can choose between monthly and annual billing for our paid plans. If you opt for annual billing, you’ll enjoy a 20% discount on your plan. You can switch between monthly and annual billing whenever you wish. Should you change your billing frequency, any necessary prorations or refunds will be applied automatically.
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. At this time, we do not accept PayPal, checks, or bank transfers. Learn more about our available payment methods.
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for our Essentials and Team plans. During this period, you can upgrade to a paid plan or switch to our Free plan at any time. If you’d prefer, you can begin using Tokopost for free by signing up for our Free plan immediately, without needing a trial.
Once your trial ends, if you want to continue with a subscription, simply add your payment details under the “Billing Method” section in your account settings. If you choose not to upgrade and haven’t entered payment details, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan.
Any scheduled posts will still be published after the trial, as long as the social channels remain unlocked. Channels will be locked if you exceed the three-channel limit for the Free plan.
When you upgrade to a paid plan, you will pay for each channel, including those you’ve already connected during your time on the Free plan. Paid plans offer unlimited usage and advanced features for all channels you’ve linked to Tokopost.
The Free plan allows you to schedule up to 10 posts per channel. Once a post is published, the slot becomes available again, with a limit of 10 posts per channel.
For the Essentials and Team plans, you can schedule unlimited posts per channel. This “unlimited” scheduling is subject to our fair use policy, which caps usage at 5000 posts per channel. No one has exceeded this cap yet, but it’s in place to ensure fair usage.

Tokopost applies the local standard Value-Added Tax (VAT) rate for B2C customers located in the United Kingdom. B2B customers may be eligible for VAT exclusion via reverse charge. You can enter your VAT number to have VAT excluded from your invoice. Learn more about taxes and VAT.
